Our primary aim is to provide good, healthy honest food that tastes better than anything else in the freezer. All our meals are produced without any artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

We strive to use locally sourced ingredients allowing us to verify the quality, integrity and reputation of our suppliers. It also means we can support local businesses and keep our carbon footprint in check.

We also believe in sustainable giving, for every meal we sell we donate a nutritious meal to a child in Kenya as part of the Shonda Project.
