We have over 60 years experience in the trade, and we have enjoyed 27 years in trading as J&J Butchers and providing only the best cuts of meat and poultry to the people of Sussex. Our team of butchers are highly trained and skilled in producing everything from enticing chicken breasts to tender steaks and a full range of homemade sausages in a variety of flavours – We consider our sausages to be the best in Brighton! Our range of produce includes: Steaks – rump, fillet and rib-eye, Chicken, Chops, Sausages, Burgers, Lamb & calf liver, and Whole chickens. Our Opening Times include: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri – 6am-3:30pm & Wed-Sat 6am-1pm.
