Chestnuts B&B and Tea Rooms is located in the stunning village of Alfriston, in amongst the breathtaking landscapes and scenic hills of the South Downs National Park. A love, rural area that retains its rustic charm while still packed with shops, restaurants pubs and walks.

We offer a welcoming bed and breakfast with comfy rooms with televisions, hairdryers and more. We also serve the perfect breakfast, from a full English to smoked salmon and scrambled egg.
