We at 1st Chichester Storage are offering an easy and affordable 24/7 self-storage facility near Chichester, West Sussex. Our units are clear, dry and secure with 24/7, 365 days a year accessibility. For added peace of mind, our premises also has 24 Hour CCTV recording. Our storage facility is perfect for those looking to store their goods both domestic and commercial, such as household items, vehicles, office furniture & equipment, business documents and more. We have are three different grades of Storage which includes:
- Ground level self storage – 20 X 8 feet charged at £100 + VAT a month
- Upper Level self storage – 20 X 8 feet accessible via steps at £75 + VAT a month (Limited number)
- Smaller units – 10 X 8 feet available at £60 + VAT a month (Limited Number)
We ask customers to pay an initial returnable £30 deposit beforehand to cover the value of the key. All fees will be paid monthly in advance, so please do not ask for or expect credit. All containers will be completely secure as they will come with either a shielded padlock or a Bulldog container lock, however if desired, additional security may be used for added peace of mind. Plus for the customers’ convenience, some of our containers have electric lights installed.
